As in previous years, we shall be holding an Open Meeting in the morning, prior to the main AGM in the afternoon, to discuss a number of topics in more depth than we might otherwise manage during the AGM.

The proposed programme for the weekend is being finalised and further details, together with papers for the AGM, will be circulated in due course. However, we are looking at the option of a dinner on the Saturday night for those interested as well as trying to arrange a site visit to the proposed new curling facility at Barton Grange. I hope that as many of you as possible will put it in your diaries now and be able to attend in June.
